The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) lets Canadian provinces and territories nominate immigrants who meet their local labour needs. An Express Entry-linked (enhanced) nomination adds 600 CRS points, which practically guarantees an Invitation to Apply. Base PNP streams are processed outside Express Entry.
